Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us, and another 14 days to send it back. Items need to be unused and in the condition they arrived in. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty.

We're aware these are made to order. We've chosen to give you the full statutory cancellation right anyway, rather than argue that a made-to-order item is exempt.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't need to return it and you won't pay postage.

Wrong size

Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If it's still wrong, the 14-day right above covers it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of you telling us the item was faulty.
